When will you be allowed a paid internship?
With the increasing demand for content writers, Lilac Education has designed a short course for dedicated students who want to start a career with Lilac. Students have to pass Stage-1 with 80% marks. Plagiarism must be less than 5% by Turnitin. We publish all quality articles with student’s names if the writing meets our requirements. At the same time, We have a few more rules to publish writing in Lilac Magazine.
We provide marks in three criteria.
For Example,
1. grammar & plagiarism checking by few apps like Grammarly, Turnitin (100 marks)
2. Marks by the Department writer (100 Marks)
3. Marks by software in several categories for publication (100 marks)
Students’ marks will be count within 100. So learners will get average marks. Students have to publish three paragraphs & 5 Articles in our journal to join as intern writers. After that, students who will pass the process will be promoted to the intern writer zone with a certificate. Gradually based on your work capacity, we will take you as the fixed writer in our department. We have few internal facilities. When you are an intern writer, you will be able to know that. আজ আমাদের ডিপার্টমেন্টের একজন রাইটারের স্টুডেন্ট থেকে রাইটার হয়ে আয় করার গল্প বলবো!
ইংরেজি বিভাগ থেকে পাশ করে অনেকেই বসে থাকে। ক্যারিয়ার নিয়ে চিন্তা করে না। নিজের ভালো লাগার জায়গা নিয়ে কাজ করতে চায় না। তানভী ছিল সাধারনের চেয়ে ব্যতিক্রম যে কিনা লিখলে ভালবাসে, শিখতে ভালবাসে!
তাইতো ৯০০ টাকার ইন্টার্নশিপ কোর্স পাশ করে, ডিপার্টমেন্টে যোগ দেয়ার পর ৩ মাসে ৩৫,০০০ টাকার উপরে আয় করেছে, যদিও সে কখনোই টাকার ব্যাপারে ভাবেনি সব সময়ই কাজে মনোনিবেশ করেছে, নতুন কিছু শিখতে চেয়েছে, এখনো শিখছে, আরো ভাল রাইটার হবার জন্য!
আমাদের ইংরেজি কন্টেন্ট রাইটিং এর প্রোগ্রাম কোর্স (৩০০০ টাকা) থাকলেও ইন্টার্নশিপ কোর্স (৯০০টাকা) দেয়া হয়েছে এর কারন আমাদের অনেকেই আছে যারা ইংরেজীতে ভালো লিখে কিন্তু ৩০০০ টাকা দিয়ে একটি সেমিস্টার অনেক শিক্ষার্থীই সম্পন্ন করতে পারে না। তাই আমাদের বিভাগে কিছু ভাল রাইটার পাবার জন্য আমরা ৯০০টাকার এই ইন্টার্নশিপ কোর্স দিয়েছি। এমনকি যারা যারা বিভিন্ন প্লাটফর্মে লিখে তাদের জন্যও এই কোর্স। কারন বাইরের কোন রাইটার সরাসরি আমাদের বিভাগে যোগ দিতে পারেন না। আমরা নির্দিষ্ট মান যাচাই করেই একজন রাইটার নিয়ে থাকি।
আবার তানভীর গল্পে ফেরত আসা যাক! সে ৯০০ টাকা দিয়ে ইন্টার্নশিপ কোর্সে যোগ দেবার পর খুব অল্প সময়ের মধ্যেই গুগল ক্লাসরুমে দেয়া ৬টি বিষয়ের ক্লাস শেষ করে এবং পর্যায় ক্রমে ৮টি লিখা জমে দেয় পাবলিকেশন এর জন্য কিন্তু তার লিখার মান ভালো হবার পরও ২টি লিখা বাদ হয়ে যায়। অনেকের মতো ডিপ্রেশনে না গিয়ে আবার লিখে জমা দেয়! ৮টি লিখা আমাদের ম্যাগাজিনে প্রকাশ হবার পর সে ডিপার্টমেন্টে ইন্টার্ন রাইটার হিসেবে যোগ দেবার সুযোগ পায়!

অনেকে মনে করে থাকে এই বুঝি শেখা শেষ হলো! আসলে যোগ দেবার পর আসল শেখা শুরু হয়! তাকে পরীক্ষা করার জন্য প্রথমে ২ টা কাজ দেয়া হয় যা আমাদের আগের কোন ক্লাইন্টকে করে দেয়া হয়েছে। সে দুইটি কাজই সম্পন্ন করেছে। আর তাকে তাসকিন ম্যামের তত্ত্বাবধানে দেয়া হয়েছিল যিনি বিভাগীয় প্রদান। তারপর ধীরে ধীরে অভিজ্ঞ রাইটের তত্ত্বাবধানে তাকে কাজ দেয়া শুরু হয়। ১০ টি কাজ অভিজ্ঞ রাইটারের তত্ত্বাবধানে করার পর তানভী মেইন রাইটার হিসেবে কাজ শুরু করে। গত তিন মাসে তার আয় ৩৫,০০০ এর উপরে যা তার মেধা ও পরিশ্রমের ফলাফল!
