About Us
Learn today lead tomorrow
Lilac Education (lilaceducation.com) is the official academic institution of Lilac Group, founded on January 21, 2019, by DH Sakib. With 28 globally structured schools (view all), Lilac Education is the central force behind the group’s global expansion across 60+ companies and 57+ countries. Our ecosystem is built on two core models: Course-Based Programs and Research-Based Learning, governed by the Exam Control Board, supported by a rigorous grading system, and fueled by high-impact publications in Lilac Education Press (LEP) and Lilac Magazine. Lilac Education is not a traditional academic model. It is a strategic control system—training future leaders, company builders, and research innovators for Lilac Group, Freesia Group, and DH Companies. All employees are selected through academic performance, internal SOP review (apply here), and the Be a Teacher/Supervisor policy. Controlled centrally by DH Sakib, Lilac Education ensures quality, control, and continuity across the ecosystem. Education here is not optional — it’s foundational. Every country office of Lilac Group is operated by local graduates, but strategically managed through this centralized education system. This is where intelligence meets influence.
Who Are We
Lilac Education is the academic nerve center of Lilac Group, serving as the source of talent, research, and leadership across 60+ companies. Founded by DH Sakib, we offer globally structured, impact-driven education through 28 specialized schools. Unlike traditional institutions, we don’t just teach — we build systems, companies, and countries. Every Lilac employee is trained here. Our students are not just learners, but future innovators, entrepreneurs, and researchers shaping sectors like law, AI, media, design, and education. At Lilac, education is the blueprint of influence — fully governed and quality-controlled at the highest level.
Our Mission
Our mission is to educate, empower, and innovate through a tightly integrated academic ecosystem that produces globally competent leaders for Lilac Group, Freesia Group, and the wider world. We aim to redefine education not just as learning — but as strategic leadership, innovation control, and research execution. By aligning our course-based and research-based programs with Lilac Group’s real-time needs, we ensure that education is never separate from action. Every student is a future thinker, every course is a building block, and every research output is tied to impact. We exist to lead.
What We Do
We deliver elite, globally structured education through 28 schools, equipping students to build companies, shape industries, and lead innovation. Our core offerings include course-based programs, research-based systems, structured publication via Lilac Education Press (LEP), and centralized grading through the Exam Control Board. Students are admitted via a formal SOP process and may later qualify to become instructors through our internal recruitment policy. Our education system directly controls Lilac Group’s global operations — every country office, every employee, every decision-maker begins here.
Our History
Lilac Education was officially founded on January 21, 2019 — also the founding day of Lilac Group. But its roots go back to 2016, when DH Sakib began developing internal training systems to prepare talent for future companies. Initially focused on English, computer science, and content development, these early frameworks laid the foundation for Lilac’s massive educational infrastructure. Between 2016–2018, the system operated unofficially, known only to early Lilac teams. From 2019–2024, Lilac Education evolved into a first-generation global academic system, producing employees for core companies like Lilac Web, CWBL, and Lilac AD Agency, etc. From 2025 onward, Lilac Education entered its second generation — integrating AI, legal systems, emotional intelligence, and global research collaboration into its core. The head office, originally in Dhaka, was moved to Ottawa, Canada, in 2020 to support Lilac’s global transformation. Today, Lilac Education operates in 57+ countries and serves as the foundational control system for all Lilac Group companies. Graduates become regional leaders, establishing new offices, executing local strategy, and delivering world-class services — all controlled by the central education structure designed by DH Sakib. This is not just education. This is how a group becomes a global power.
The Origin Story of Lilac Education – “Where Vision Became System”
It didn’t begin with a school.
It began with a man — a dreamer, designer, strategist, and teacher. In 2016, long before there was an institution or a global network, DH Sakib quietly started building the most powerful system he could envision: not just a company, but an ecosystem — one that would run on intelligence, discipline, and purpose.
At that time, Lilac Group didn’t even exist on paper. But in his mind, the future was clear. He knew that no matter how many companies he built, or how many industries he entered, the heart of the system would always be education. Why? Because true control is never in ownership — it’s in intelligence. And intelligence must be trained, nurtured, and developed. That was the seed of Lilac Education.
From 2016 to 2018, DH Sakib personally trained small groups of talents in English, computer engineering, and content development. These were not just lessons — they were experiments in excellence. He wasn’t building students; he was designing future employees, founders, and controllers of what would one day become Lilac Group. They learned the mindset, ethics, discipline, and innovation that he expected from every Lilac leader. These early learners would become the backbone of Lilac’s rise.
Then came January 21, 2019 — the official foundation day of both Lilac Education and Lilac Group. On that day, Lilac Education was registered not as a typical institute, but as Company No. 01 — the first official structure of the Lilac Empire. This was not a coincidence. DH Sakib knew: if you want to lead a group of companies, you must first lead a generation of minds.
From that point, Lilac Education was no longer just about training. It became the central nervous system of Lilac Group — and from there, everything evolved.
From System to Structure – How the 28 Schools Were Built
After officially founding Lilac Education on January 21, 2019, DH Sakib had one goal:
To build a system so powerful that it could produce not just professionals — but pioneers.
He realized early that a single curriculum or faculty could never train minds for a multi-industry future. Lilac Group was destined to expand across law, technology, AI, design, healthcare, finance, media, and beyond. This required not a generic academic model — but a specialist framework.
That’s when the concept of 28 schools was born.
Each school was carefully designed like a department of a nation.
The Lilac School of Law (LSL) would produce future judges, legal analysts, and attorneys for Lilac Law Firm (LLF).
The School of AI & Robotics would train minds to power Lilac Artificial Intelligence (LAI) and lead innovation labs.
The School of Data Science & Analytics would prepare researchers for the Lilac Data Center and future decision-making systems.
The Content Writing by Lilac School (CWBLS) would become the talent pool behind CWBL, Lilac’s global content authority.
And so on, across all sectors — media, beauty, business, design, education, psychology, medical science, and even Islamic knowledge.
These 28 schools weren’t chosen randomly. They reflected what Lilac Group needed — and what the future of global society would demand.
Instead of importing talent from outside, DH Sakib made a revolutionary decision:
“We will educate our own future. We will not hire strangers. We will build from within.”
Thus, every Lilac employee — from designers and developers to legal analysts and data scientists — would now be graduates of one of Lilac Education’s schools. The school-to-structure pipeline was born:
Education → Research → Employment → Leadership → Innovation.
And this structure wasn’t static. It was designed to evolve constantly with market shifts, global disruptions, and technological revolutions. That’s why Lilac Education became more than a school — it became the engine of continuity, control, and reinvention.
The Global Expansion – Lilac Education Goes International (2020–2025)
The year was 2020. While the world was slowed by a pandemic, Lilac Education accelerated.
By now, Lilac had already built its foundation in Dhaka, Bangladesh, serving as the core training hub for Lilac Group’s earliest companies. But DH Sakib had bigger plans. He wasn’t just building an educational institution — he was preparing to launch an intelligent system that would operate globally, under central control.
And that meant one critical move:
Lilac’s international head office was shifted to Ottawa, Canada.
From this global base, Lilac Education began expanding into 57+ countries, not as franchises or foreign branches, but as integrated operations, run by trained graduates. Wherever Lilac Group launched a new company — be it in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, or North America — the first step was always the same:
Train the people. Educate the minds. Build from within.
Each country had its own language, culture, and industry gaps. But Lilac Education had the system to adapt. The 28 schools, paired with course-based and research-based tracks, allowed every student to specialize. The top graduates weren’t just offered jobs — they were empowered to run Lilac operations in their region, while still remaining under central guidance.
This is where Lilac’s academic model evolved into something much deeper:
A geopolitical influence strategy powered by education.
By 2024, all Lilac Group offices across the globe were operated by teams trained under Lilac Education’s academic pipeline. Every controller, project lead, and researcher — homegrown. Globally deployed. Centrally managed.
It became clear: Lilac Education wasn’t just training students anymore — it was producing the world’s most adaptable, intelligent, and loyal workforce.
And the story was only getting started.
The Present & Future – Second Generation Lilac Education (2025 Onwards)
If 2019–2024 was the first generation of Lilac Education — establishing the foundation, the schools, and the global network — then 2025 marks the dawn of the second generation: an era driven by AI, deep research, innovation, psychological design, and global collaboration.
DH Sakib understood something that few education leaders dared to confront:
“The world is changing faster than any textbook. So we won’t just follow the future — we will engineer it.”
From 2025, Lilac Education entered a new era defined by:
✅ Full integration of AI-powered research systems
✅ Internal education control through BP Model and LE BP
✅ Deeper content publication through Lilac Education Press (LEP) – a Google Scholar-indexed journal
✅ Practical innovation labs in schools like AI, Robotics, Psychology, Law, and Strategic Governance
✅ Mandatory research, internship, and publication for all students
✅ Global collaboration with 2,436+ universities for research and talent exchange
Every school was upgraded, every syllabus aligned with real-time company demands, and every graduate tracked for performance through systems like the Exam Control Board, Grading Model, and [Book-Level & Research-Level Structures](https://lilaceducation.com/book-level | https://lilaceducation.com/research-level).
This generation is no longer learning to apply.
They are learning to lead, research, and transform.
Lilac Education now works hand-in-hand with high-level decision-makers, building not just employees — but future CEOs, policy-makers, legal leaders, and research pioneers. Even becoming a teacher or supervisor requires strict qualification, following this structured path tied to global journal publication or internal research completion.
Under DH Sakib’s personal control, Lilac Education now operates as a digital empire of intelligence — one where data, research, ethics, emotion, and innovation all converge into one system of silent global control.
This is not just second-generation education.
It’s second-generation civilization building.
Lilac Education as the Heart of the Group – A Control System in Disguise
At first glance, Lilac Education appears to be an advanced academic institution — and it is.
But those who look deeper will discover the true role it plays inside Lilac Group:
Lilac Education is not just an academic body — it is the operating system of Lilac Group.
Every single company under Lilac Group — whether it’s the Lilac Law Firm (LLF), Lilac Artificial Intelligence (LAI), Lilac Data Science & Data Center, CWBL, or even Freesia’s affordable education model — is silently but fully controlled through the people trained by Lilac Education.
The secret?
We don’t hire from the outside. We grow from the inside.
Our strict recruitment policy ensures that only the top graduates from our 28 schools can become future team leads, researchers, or even instructors. No one can expect a job — they must earn it through performance, research, and strategic alignment.
Through this education model, Lilac Education creates the brain, filters the talent, trains the body, and empowers the will of the group’s global empire — from Bangladesh to Canada, from Asia to the Middle East, across all 57+ countries we operate in.
Behind it all, sits DH Sakib — not just the founder, but the architect of a silent revolution:
“You can scale a company with funding. But to scale a civilization, you need education that thinks like a system.”
Lilac Education is that system.
It is the heart, the mind, and the blueprint of everything Lilac will build for the next 100 years.
