Registered members and students may receive approved departmental knowledge-video access through LiDia Scholar according to their eligibility, school policy and available learning resources.

Understanding Free Learning

What “Free Learning” Means at Lilac Education

Free learning at Lilac Education does not mean that every complete academic course, certificate, transcript, research program or professional service is available without enrollment. It primarily refers to public knowledge resources and approved access to selected educational videos for eligible members and students.

01

Public Knowledge Is Open

General learners can read public articles, educational features, journals, research papers and selected publications without becoming enrolled students.

02

Member Access Is Controlled

Registered Lilac Group members and Lilac Education students may receive selected knowledge-video access according to their membership, school, department and approved access level.

03

Academic Education Is Structured

Full courses, academic assessment, teacher support, certification and research supervision require formal enrollment or academic approval.

Public knowledge is open. Member learning is connected. Full academic education is structured, school-based and subject to applicable enrollment or approval requirements.

Access Structure

Four Levels of Knowledge and Academic Access

Lilac Education serves general visitors, registered members, enrolled students and approved researchers through different access models. Each level has a different purpose and should not be treated as the same academic service.

Level 1 General Public

Access public articles, educational features, journals, research papers and publications.

Level 2 Registered Member

Receive approved LiDia Scholar knowledge-video access according to eligibility and availability.

Level 3 Enrolled Student

Access applicable course materials, academic support, assignments, assessment and student services.

Level 4 Research Student

Enter an approved research pathway after SOP submission, review and academic approval.

Learners do not need to join a formal course to begin learning. Lilac Education maintains interconnected public platforms where visitors can read educational articles, interdisciplinary features, institutional research, journals, papers and books.

Public articles and publications are designed for general knowledge development. Reading public content does not automatically create formal student status, academic credit, certificate eligibility or access to restricted course materials.

Connected Member Learning

Departmental Knowledge Videos Through LiDia Scholar

Registered Lilac Group members and Lilac Education students may receive approved access to departmental knowledge videos through LiDia Scholar . Access may include subject summaries, research explanations, practical educational presentations and selected department-based learning resources.

The exact videos, subjects and access duration may vary according to membership status, student enrollment, school policy, department approval and content availability. Membership provides connection with the ecosystem, but it does not automatically unlock every course, service or restricted academic resource.

Learners seeking complete courses should explore the 28 Lilac Education schools , while applicants seeking a Research-Based Course should submit an academic SOP for review and approval.

Access Comparison

Understand What Each Learning Level Includes

Public readers, registered members, enrolled students and approved research students receive different levels of access. Membership or video access alone does not automatically provide full academic services.

Connected Ecosystem

Most Structured Services Are Designed for Connected Members

Lilac Education is part of the wider Lilac Group ecosystem. Many educational, professional, research and institutional services are developed primarily for registered members, students, researchers, teachers and connected organizations.

The membership-based structure helps maintain verified identity, controlled access, academic continuity, departmental communication and interconnection among the 28 schools and other Lilac Group companies.

Membership creates a connection with the ecosystem, but individual services may still require separate enrollment, payment, prerequisites, departmental permission or academic approval.

Formal Academic Learning

What Enrolled Students May Receive

Official student access begins after the learner joins an approved course through the relevant school. Exact facilities differ according to the course, department, academic level and learning model.

Course Materials

Structured lessons, reading materials, videos, references or practical resources according to the course.

Academic Guidance

Teacher, instructor or departmental support where included in the relevant academic structure.

Assignments and Practice

Academic tasks, practice activities, projects or assessments where required by the course.

Student Communication

Access to approved communication channels, student groups or school-based learning support.

Assessment and Feedback

Evaluation, academic feedback or progress review where included in the program.

Completion Eligibility

Certificate, transcript or academic recognition only after meeting the applicable completion requirements.

Learners seeking complete academic programs should explore the Lilac Education course gateway or visit the official directory of 28 schools .

Research Admission

Research-Based Courses Require SOP and Approval

Research-Based Courses are not part of the general free-learning system. Every applicant must first identify the relevant school or department and submit a Statement of Purpose for academic review.

After approval, the responsible school or department provides the applicable research structure, academic requirements, learning materials, supervision model and fee instructions.

Applicants should not make payment before receiving official approval. Research access, supervision and academic recognition depend on successful admission and compliance with the approved research pathway.
