Lilac Education Payment Policy
Lilac Education provides advanced research-based courses, publication support, academic development programs, and authorized digital education services for local and international students, researchers, and approved members.
Please read the full policy carefully before making any payment. Payments are accepted only after official approval or confirmation from the Lilac Education team.
1. Review Before Payment
Students and members must carefully review the school, course, fee, course type, video details, and service information before applying or making payment.
2. SOP and Approval Process
For research-based courses, international programs, publication support, and selected academic services, students must submit an SOP or application first.

Payment must be completed only after official approval. Approved students, researchers, and members may receive a personal payment link or approved payment instruction through official email, WhatsApp, or reply message.
4. International USD Payment
International students and approved members may complete payment in USD through the authorized international payment gateway. The payer must enter only the approved USD amount confirmed by the Lilac Education team.
5. Bangladesh Payment
Bangladesh-based students and members may use local payment methods, including mobile banking, VISA card, or bank transfer, after official approval. For VISA card or bank transfer details, members must contact the official WhatsApp helpline.
6. Registration Fee
New students of Lilac Education must pay a one-time registration fee of 450 BDT for Bangladesh-based students or 5 USD for international students. Only registered students will receive student access, universal ID, course access, and other official facilities.
7. Payment Confirmation
After completing payment, students or members must fill out the payment confirmation form and inform the official WhatsApp helpline. Payment screenshot or transaction proof must be kept and submitted when required.
8. After Payment
After successful payment confirmation, Lilac Education will provide the required information through official email or WhatsApp within 24 hours during office processing time. A valid Gmail address is required for official access and communication.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All approved payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Students, researchers, and members must understand the course, service, fee, and required support properly before making payment.
Wrong, unauthorized, duplicate, or unapproved payments may not be accepted, adjusted, or processed.
Payments are accepted only through official approval, official instruction, and authorized payment channels of Lilac Education.
